Kennemerland Beheer focuses its attention on fast turnkey construction projects. Many perfectly sound projects in the Netherlands are unintentionally being delayed for years due to failure to act quickly and professionally. Our team is small and able to focus on taking fast and decisive action. We present a clear picture in terms of objectives and feasibility. Project completion is then close at hand and the shortest project path is chosen.

Market demands first
Its decisiveness allows Kennemerland Beheer to quickly service costumers in rapidly changing markets and to respond appropriately to market demands. Our catchphrase ‘The customer is king, even concerning mass construction’ typifies the principle according to which we work.

Stiwoga guarantee
Kennemerland Beheer is affiliated to the Woningborg Groep [Dutch House Builder’s Certification Institute]. This means that homes are constructed with a quality guarantee and that completion and finishing are guaranteed. A guarantee certificate is issued on purchase (www.stiwoga.nl).

PKVW (Police Residential Security Warranty)
Kennemerland Beheer constructs many homes with a PKVW. This warranty is issued in recognition of compliance with various requirements concerning the layout of the home and its surrounding areas. Experience has shown that neighbourhoods where a PKVW has been issued have 40% lower levels of criminality than those neighbourhoods without such a warranty. This is why most insurance companies offer PKVW discounts on home contents polices.

‘Space and comfort options’ – flexibility and affordability
Kennemerland Beheer has been offering various options for extending and upgrading basic home designs since 1990. These allow homes to be built to meet everyone’s housing requirements. A basic two-bedroom home can be extended to a four or even a six-bedroom home. In so doing, some designs become 50% larger. For all homes, we immediately apply for building permission for these option packages. This allows future owners to extend their homes even at a later stage of construction.
