Team
The Dutch development and investment company “Kennemerland Beheer BV” was founded in 1978. Its experienced team of ten employees develops and constructs between two and three hundred homes and several thousand square metres of commercial property every year. We also outsource parts of projects and hire in trusted partners to implement our projects.

Several projects – residential, retail and commercial
A wide range of projects characterizes Kennemerland Beheer’s versatility. Examples include the demolition of the provincial utility company’s power station in Leeuwarden (NL) and its redevelopment into a shopping centre covering some 33,000 m² (323,000 sq ft) with plans for further expansion of 20,000 m² (215,000 sq ft) in 2010. We also do our own civil engineering and construction at various sites including Cronenburgh in Loenen aan de Vecht (NL) and Saendelft in Zaanstad (NL). We have all the disciplines in house that are required to implement turnkey projects quickly and successfully.

Expert action
Thanks to our management’s solid planning and legal backgrounds, Kennemerland Beheer is able to manage all aspects of projects (planning, building permits and construction) without incurring any unnecessary delays. In so doing, we distinguish ourselves within the market where delays to construction projects are becoming increasingly commonplace.
